The Train Without Billy Neeley
Sweagles was a former criminal who had talked his way into the plot at tyril's behest. He brought along a friend named billy neeley, a bricklayer who pretended to be a gangster and explosives expert. Neele agreed to join the plot to provide sweagles with some much needed back up. But for reasons that remain unclear, on the train ride to springfield, neeley bowed out at one of the overnight stops. Now he would not only have to pretend to go along with the plot, he would have to cover for neeley's sudden absence.
