How to Replace the Salesperson With a Product

When someone just ends up for your product and the first they discover your product because they saw an ad, they saw blog post or educational piece of content. That's what we call the self service. It's product right now. But the question becomes, okay, how do people discover your product? And so basically you're replacing the salesperson with a product that understands how to guide the customer to activation and then to conversion and then to retention. There's no salesperson involved anymore. So that's part of the problem. The other problem is, well, who replaces marketing? You still need the marketing to feed traffic to the product.
