How to Write a Jingle or a Rhyme for Team Achievements

A few years ago, when I was working at Opower, I was one of the more senior leaders on the engineering team. The next time I was called upon to do a quarterly update, I decided not to give the general product update and instead decided to write a tribute to the team in jingle format. There's something very novel about writing a rhyme or a jingle. And I find that it's very memorable. People really appreciate it. It shows them that you care in a very special way"
