What Attracted You to Credentialing?
Credentialing isn't a qualification in the sense of it being an entry requirement into roles. The breadth of places where we come from as leaders in our field really adds a richness to the profession. It became about being able to set myself apart from, and I won't say my peers because many of my peers are as experienced and have as much, if not more skills in many areas than I do. There's between 10 and 15 tasks that we need to be able to understand, comprehend, and contextualise under each of those competencies. So it's a pretty big commitment then to get through the CBA.
