The Importance of Education in the Bay Area
In the Bay, I feel like there's this sense of meritocracy. But it doesn't take into account like marginalization sometimes or not a lot of people do. The fact that you brought up education, like I don't think that people who are different from us are inherently unable to recognize our struggles. And what's different about our generation is just like, no, we have to educate ourselves. It's both because, you know, when our parents came over, the internet wasn't what it is right now. There wasn't as much information readily available. Now we can educate ourselves super easily. Because then that's where you start asking questions and being curious about things.
