Can We Use Infrastructure as a Sensor in the Context of COVID?
The idea is that heatwave, the hit Chicago that killed hundreds and hundreds of people. And basically showed that what this brought into stark relief is a social autopsy of really what who is getting left behind when the system is intact. So we're trying to like flip it and say, let's, let's make this more of a biopsy than an autopsy. Right? We're going to have to see the infrastructure as an ... sensor of social life to help us understand how to deal with that.
