UBS is a Swiss bank that does have a lot of private clients and large depositors, wealthy clients. He says the bond market is usually the place to look for forward looking predictions as opposed to the stock market.Frum: The real question is why did Credit Suisse run into these issues? Some of it has to do with what's been going on in the United States.
