Async Away

The big challenge that we face as a large node JS code based on trellor is with async away. We get a certain number of outstandingync operations and each of them can only get a small slice of the event loop at a time. I think this is a one of the big motivating factors for, for Facebook to fork away from PHP beyond the main performance reasons. This actually unlocks quite a few performance benefits for them.
