Is It a Biker Serial, or a Cyclist?

A family came upon a cyclist serial ad and pulled over to investigate. They were in such a hurry, they got out of the car too fast - which means they were killed second. There was blood on their foot as they ran away from the man who had shot them. The mother thought it was weird that her seven-year-old daughter's father could be so violent towards cyclists.
