Is That Similar to the Recent Case in Boston With the Flagpole?
Supreme Court has ruled that religious groups should be treated the same as everyone else. A case involving a state scholarship programme in washington, which said you can't use it to train a minister. The first circuit distinguished all those cases was saying those were status based, but this money actually goes to religious use. It's just sort of an undead a oning across the land, a sort of precedent. Or, to use a term from our advisory opinions podcats, it's zombe precedent.
