The Influence of Stoicism on Western Philosophy

Stoicism is very much a minimalist yeah kind of Spartan like philosophy it's one of its you know refrains. There's something about them that allows them to just not react wildly to whatever situation sometimes it may seem like they're not very happy but it probably also doesn't seemlike they're sad all the time either. Stoic Christians however want to say that I'm very much drawn to stoic philosophy and epicureanism, so if I had to choose between let's say stoicism and Epicureanism I'd go with his choice.
