Silicon Valley's Grave Diggers

I think that this model is not going to sell very well in the rest of the country. The advertising for the blue states epitomized by Silicon Valley, the Silicon Valley was their best case scenario. That case is much weaker than it was. And if I'm a skilled worker and I can go to New Albany, Ohio and live in a really nice house with good schools as opposed to having to go in California where you can't afford to buy a house, you're going to make that move.
