Customer Camp - Is There Any Other Resource?
There's a great resource called customer camp, and it is run by a women called catlin. There are tools that can help you manage these customer interviews. I'm also a massive fan of the mom test e by fila ickes. That book really revolutionized the way i talk tof people, or just customers, a lot of people. It made me realize that when i'm having a damned day, i do want to speak to my mamma and ask her opinion.
