In Columbus, if we want to advertise our properties outside of a platform like Verbo or Airbnb, you technically need to have your real estate license. Or if you wanna collect funds directly from like, do direct bookings, or even collect the funds on Airbnb, you have to be a licensed real estate agent. What are those laws in Tennessee? Yeah, so you have to have your vacation lodging services licensed. And that's for short-term rental. Now, when you get into long-term rental, which is 38 plus, that's where that is now considered Real Estate activity.
