How to Be a Small Fish in a Big Pond

We were using EC2 Classic. And it worked and AWS now has so many services. I actually don't know how to useAWS anymore. Netflix is ridiculously fast to get things done. Yes. Mostly because it's not trying other than there's APIs to TV sets that are very stable. But internally, you can turn things over very quickly. If you're building public services like Amazon does, you have to bake them a lot more.Netflix was providing very deep feedback and needed to understand what was going on. That trust was really the key thing that made all that work.
