The Six Shadowy Coders That Control Bitcoin
The Wall Street Journal article that just came out last week called something like oh, the six shadowy coders that control Bitcoin or you know, whatever. In actuality, what would happen is that code wouldn't be released for another few months. And then even if it were released, I think probably nobody would run that binary because there would be enough people who noticed that change. There is a lot of risk in that too. But it's still a public service, right? You're at least vouching that that virus came from that source code.
