Most of my running is runless, because i do try and do the kind of slightly more speed. Especial, wed Wednesday is my time forlike, let's try and bomb it along the towpathy. tapering is literally getting those legs to a fresher point. You've been hammering them for like, 12, 16 weeks whenever you've been training. I remember you coming out for that feeling fine and fresh and stuff.
