The Power of Self Confidence

We have a tendency to accelerate or push the pressure because we can, you know, and then unfortunately we keep doing that. I used to call this a training intensity black hole where the intensity of your workouts gets kind of sucked in towards the middle. You go harder on easy days because you can and then you end up going a bit slower on hard days because you're fatigued. That is precisely what the best athletes are able to avoid it. Just have self confidence, you know,. Be confident in yourself, be confident in your plan and smile when the writer goes by you... Let them enjoy it.
