The Fed's Micro Management of the Market

CoreLogic: US home prices rose by 0.8% in February, double the month over month increase that has been historically seen. The Fed's actions are a great example of micro management instead of letting the market play out here and react to the measures that they're taking. If you're listening to mainstream media and your agent's not doing a great job of educating you, their consumers aren't gonna know what the heck is going on. And if you're a home shopper right now, you don't wanna make the mistake of buying a house in April, 2023, if there's some huge drop in home values coming down the line.
