What Does Creativity Mean in Your Organization?

How do you tell a client that their idea will not solve a problem? You don't try to use your own personal authority, unless you are the boss. If you can bring something o the table, especially if you have access to data - like last week and i watching some of our customers using our products in this certain way,. Your boss wasn't there. But it's very hard just from your opinion. It's one of of those big things like convenience or efficiency but what does creativity mean in your organization?
