The Future of Finance

I think this has to be put in context of the moment that we are leaving. We are in a unique situation in finance and in central banking where we have at our hand a technology that didn't exist before. And I think it is incumbent on us to think what is the best way we can use that technology. Many will say, oh my God, people are impassely not getting crazy. But I think it's important to start the dialogue. The fact that we were inspired by the smartphone is because we see a very clear example of how transformative a big thought can be.
