Democratic Sen. Feinstein has been accused of ageism over her treatment by Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee. She's only three months older than Republican Chuck Grassley, who is also up there in age but getting far different treatment. Last week she sold her 36 acre vacation estate and Aspen for a cool $25 million. The senator said to be worth about $100 million.
