The Importance of Having New People in Your Team

Maven build was so non-deterministic that it would be different on every single developers machine. A colleague of mine, Alistair, used to say sanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different thing to happen. It's almost like when your physician tells you you have some sort of idiopathic thing, we don't know what it is. So if you expect non determinism, then it makes it okay, right? Apparently.
