How to Create a Hope Community for Inmates
We have 31,000 kids stuck in child welfare in LA County. 7,000 of them are right now American legal orphans. We're able to launch a hope community in all 35 prisons of the state of California. It was an LA problem because if you do crime in LA, you do time across California.
