Keith: One of the quotes I like to think of in this discussion is one that you know well from Ravi Gupta of Sequoia Capital where he says, it's not focus if it doesn't hurt. James: When we have bullet pointed what's most important, mostly in our thematic goal, it becomes way easier for us to communicate with consistency across all of the executives. Keith: Now at the next team level, start to build out the layer of detail that you need at the cross functional layer. You know, shared focus on what's really important across the executive team.
