In your book on land grant universities, you really make the case that some of the things that need to change. A real focus on the students, teaching and then also talking about silos and an bureaucracy. Could you give an example or two of how, how have you tried to put that vision in practice at west virginia or the other universitiesou i am. So let me ju amer. In many ways. I believe that i believe that universies are structured in the wrong way. We should be structured horizontally.
