Vallory: Thinking is such a common disease that most people don't know they have it. We're identified with our thinking, so there's no separation, right? One of the ways you do it is to sit for 30 seconds and just count your thoughts. It's like an instant neutralizes it. And we think that our thoughts are are ar us, and we get pulled back into that well. But it's just, so, that's why one of my favorite montres, i know i've shared it on the podcast, is saying to myself, that's just a thought.
