The group of Christians being addressed in Hebrews is obsessed with their sin problem. They are tempted to kind of like go back on their commitment to Christ, and maybe revert back to other practices. So I think essentially when you look at the list, they all kind of have some things in common,. Like, lay again the foundation of repentance, baptisms, laying out of hands, and about resurrection and judgment - that's what they were wrestling with.
