Is There Something Causing You to Feel the Way You Do?

The first thing i want you to do when you're feeling upset is look at, is there something causing you to feel the wayt you do? So if some one broke up with you and you're sad, no shit. If your friends have just made you feel like they don't really care about you, no  it's expected. A lot of people will get scared if they even entertain the thought of not waking up because it makes them freak out. The way you feel is your message of you're under too much fucking pressure. Re evaluate the pressure you're under, and brain sorps some ways to get some of it off of you.
