Mobility Exercises for the Cross Fitters

Dmitri could teach somebody out o snatch in 20 minutes, he says. He spends an hour and a half on rotator cuff exercises to prepare someone for the snatch. The technique would be perfect, buti it's not what you see in croftst boxes. There are mobility exercises that should be thrown out or tha that you would not recommend people to actually do.
