The Benefits of Nasal Breathing

The most important aspect to understand here is that the respiratory system was designed with the nose and mind, not the mouth. The mouth provides very little, if any real filtration and defense against the air that we're taking in. nasal breathing does provide us with a fast and effective way of providing ourselves with offloading carbon dioxide and on loading excessive oxygen when needed. And there should be a time and a place for every human being with that.
