The Origins of Classical Liberalism

How is it that of all the great civilizations, only our civilization has produced classical liberalism? We have to go back to the foundations of our civilization in ancient Palestine and in ancient Greece. According to the view of this people, God was a being who was unique and totally above the human race. This old world was changed into something that's new.
