Can I Leave Out of My Body Language?
I use fillers to waito uc, so that is another thing that ino can hind um the other person from in understanding what you're trying to say. If now that i'm aware of it, i'll stop, i'll try not to do it. It's lke, if your getting really nervous, that might cause you to start speaking really fast. So just noticing that if your just body language can be really helpful, like yours. But also that other persons, if you notice other persons justs loks really confused, you could ask them: "Are you following me?"
