Your First Business Won't Change the World

If you spend four years building a small business from scratch, and then you sell the business for 500 thousand dollars. That's an additional hundred 25 k a year in value you've added over time. So many ouchpiers forget about this value, thinking in terms of value instead of money. The sooner you can stop relying on a pay check from somebody else and start learning and getting experience and building something, the better off you'll be. Your network is valuable overtime, but if you don't bring anything to the table, a network is useless. You shouldn't try to change the world with your first business.
