Hans, a member of the Amazons' executive team, talks about his organisation and its ambitions. The organization has been run by 100% volunteers since it was founded in 2009. Now there is a paid position for Hans to help him grow as an entrepreneur. Hans also discusses how he hopes that one day they will be able to have regional fellowships like those at am zenith or taty grace smith. He says: "Who knows, maybe that could be the future of these fellowships"
