Is There a Gong Order?

On March 7, the Indianapolis news reported that Speedway Police Chief Robert Copeland and all his officers were ordered not to talk about any aspect of the November slings. But then when reporters asked more about this, they were told by the state police superintendent John Settle or shuttle, excuse me, this is the first I've heard of it. We don't dictate to anyone. Well, those are two very conflicting things. It seemed like Copeland's gag order really was nothing more than just an attempt to avoid questions.
