Agile research can be a really nice tool for us s in terms of conducting quickly and getting some solid directional heat back. Often times when we are, especially on the innovation side of the fence, you're not going to be able to do deep conversations with customers. It just provides us with this quick response or rapid response tool that we are able to utilize for those cinareas where teams need some immediate help or answers.
