The diet, the supplements and the fitness aspects of Crohn's were fairly straightforward. I think people should be taking a krill oil or fish oil,. I prefer krill oil, a probiotic and probably vitamin D. And then as far as fitness, unless you're training or something, I really don't think the people need to work out more than 15 minutes a day at most doing something with intensity.
