Finish When You Say You Will
Finishing on the exact minute that i said i would. This is something that we teach in sypediasty. If you finish at that exact time and you didn't do everything, then it really creates urgency on your next work day. It also might help you realize that some of those tasks weren't actually important. So have more clean rest, then you warent ideally, a full day not working on your business, and a clear end time. That helps you to build self trust, which is going to make fellow through so much easier. You're never just getting to tick off all these items or items in your calendar, i'm feeling like I know exactly what i'm doing
