Do These Companies Really Tally the Vote?

Only two of the state's hundred and 20 counties conduct their own elections. The rest are outsourced to companies that have no security or reporting requirements. Even top election officials don't know this private sector element, how powerfully it has been taken over. In some places, they are the people who provide the boys and girls, or handsone teypot doing the talling.
