Why Do People Want Similar Cultures to Succeed?

People in the United States and UK find that Indian culture is very comprehensible at a certain level. That's why it is so easy for Indians to go to be educated here and then go to the US and succeed there. If if you or I were to go to Kazakhstan, we know we would not succeed. Why do they want similar cultures to succeed? Because all cultures feel threatened by the by the outside. And one of the ways that you you increase your sense of security is to know that there are other cultures like you that are strong and powerful. W. H. Lister: Lucky is the expanding circle.
