The CEO's job is to be the chief energizing officer. Is to share the vision to drive culture, to help remove obstacles. And I believe that every leader's core job is to grow people. Most CEOs start to get to a point that they don't have time to grow people because they're managing six or seven areas. That's when you need the CEO.
