As a kid, it didn't even occur to me that dad wasn't there for some of my birthdays. Because he made it work when he was... It just ... It was just what it was. So if you had one of your daughters say to you, hey, Dad, I'm sorry, I couldn't be at your birthday because I was playing in York at a flute concert, you would be like, my birthday is the least important. That's what we care about. Do you reckon they hear it? Like, are they hearing the message of, or do you feel that there's an element of them going, ah, trying to live up to some expectation?
