Coaches must be bold enough to have a go at something and then see what happens. To observe and coach using this approach, you need to know the sport. You can't just bluff it. We hide behind technique training a lot of the time because it's easy to coach. But we want players to explore. And sometimes it means taking a risk and then trying an idea.
