What Is It About Three Part Vocal Harmony?
This tune is in the key of F, and there's some really cool, really pretty classic three part vocal harmonies going on that second chorus. The lead part in the middle sounds like this: So we will hold ourselves left. And with the lower part on the right,. And the high part on the left. What is it that makes the third chorus, that final chorus, sounds so much bigger? It's actually the horn section. Just by giving us this steady one, just this tone in unison, they're all playing an F in the same register.
