Is There a Difference Between Over Hydration and Under Hydration?

Some of the best performers in the world have freakishly low sweat rates. The hydration element is less dialled for them because they can just go out and drink, I don't know, 12 or 16 ounces an hour and be fine. So especially if you have higher sweat rates, pay more attention to it and experiment,. But making sure you don't over hydrate because that can also put you in the hospital. It's a really tough point.
