The Dinner Table
The dinner table has always been a place to gather and to connect like food and eating. Dinner conversation is some of the most intimate conversation on earth that most people will experience in a group. If you don't have that experience, communication goes down very hard. The family that doesn't eat dinner together probably doesn't do the other good things together either. Because dinner is a big indicator of the health of the attachment and how serious the parents are about cultivating good attachment with those kids.
