JavaScript Uses for TextSpander

The raw one is where you get you shot at, and then you click and then you're running with that type of question. What I love about TextSpander here is that you've got the option of doing this in JavaScript or AppleScript because it's a lot easier for manipulating text. So instead of you know trying to select the four or five characters that the invoice number, CC is just hit copy and have TextSpander grab out those digits for you. It will also grab the date out and then reformat the date into my preferred format. For example if I have got an American date then it will just pass a little bit of help and turn that into a European formatted date
