The Dichotomy of Moral Failure

When a pastor has a moral failure these days, it seems to me that culturally we have a dichotomy. Can you talk about what's wrong with those two camps and then maybe a different way? If you truly believe that somebody can screw up and never have a future, then I don't know what Bible you are reading. The first step is not deciding whether you're going to trust them or not. You the victim must heal, right? And so, you see this in marriage with leaders a lot.
