Luxury in general is to say many things, a phrase I feel like we've said many times. TikToker at Tenic AB points out that when we talk about the groups of wealthy people we want to emulate, we're almost always talking about Western, white families who have made their fortunes on plantations and endangering people of color. So many of the people that are pointed to as quiet luxury icons like Sophia Ritchie, for example, very much still wear clothes with logos. It's impossible to have fun with fashion to develop your own sense of style. Just say you want to dress preppy and go. That's a whole aesthetic. Just do it.
